From November 2019; As per PeopleCert Policy, we are offerings Training + Exam as a bundle. Only Training without Exam will not be provided.

 

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

  • AaRohan, reserves the right to postpone/cancel program, or change the location of program because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or unforeseen events(like floods, earthquakes, political instability, cultural sensitivities, riots etc.)
  • In case AaRohan cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the Candidate.
  • If a cancellation is done by Candidate 3 days or more, prior to the event, 5% of fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the Candidate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a Candidate within 3 days, 10% of fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the Candidate.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the refund request.

Cancellation Policy:

In case AaRohan reschedules the training event, the options available to the Participant are:

  •  100% refund will be made, if the rescheduled dates do not suit Candidate’s schedule.
  •  The Participant would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience, at any location, on any date of scheduled training.

If Candidate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a future date, a rescheduling fee is charged as mentioned below:

  •  If the request of rescheduling is received ahead of 3 days or more, 5% of registration fee will be charged.
  •  If the request of rescheduling is received within 3 days or less, no rescheduling will be permitted.

Note: Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
